Nostalgic Mirrors
The LBA Web Planet is at it again! From now on you can look at three wonderful mirrors of the old Magic Ball Network layout. LBA Forums History section is the one to go for.

Also, the webmaster wants to appologize for not updating the site frequently, the reason is that HUGE changes to the LBA Web Planet and LBA Super Site are in progress.

Took away some bugs in the Members section.

/Gustav 2002-11-30

Yes, I did as much as I could to get the mirrors as faultfree as possible, but everything is not possible. Some old avatars were sadly just gone. The mirrors that now is viewable is the following: The old MBN Main site layout, the original forum layout with the top 20-posters as for 2nd february 2001.

As I said, major changes in progress. Therefor the site hasn't been able to report from the major happenings on the forum and the #lba channel recently.

Christmas month approaching... When will we see the MBN Christmas logo again? :)

The files column was also deleted from the Members section and a member was added.

Older News:

Goodbye Evil-Twinsen!
In a new thread Evil-Twinsen announced his retirement from the Magic Ball Network. To cheer this well-known and respected member the LBA Web Planet has made dedication to him. Accessable from the features section.

/Gustav 2002-10-20

The reason for the retirement was that ET is going to the army very soon, and therefor he won't have time to visit the forum anymore.

To reach the dedication, click Features in the Menubar, and after that, Evil-Twinsen - A dedication.

2 sites become 1!
After several weeks of preperation, ChaosFish and Gustav now are proud to present that Chaosfish LBA Fans Site and the LBA Web Planet is one. The former rivals have decided to come together and build up the biggest and best MBN Members' Site ever. Chaosfish' directory, filled with files is accessable from the menu. I will still be responsible for the LWP part of the site, while Chaosfish is making his job in the Directory!

/Gustav 2002-10-07

Now movies and voices will be added too, and I will also appreciate any LBA fans files that will be send to me, including .txt files with info about the fan.

/Chaosfish 2002-10-07

Now afterwards it is pretty clear that the Ultimate Directory was bound to fail. With a much older and bigger concurrent as Chaosfish' LBA Fans Site, it was more or less a suicide mission. Therefor, with the new fusion, I decided to close it. It lived for 198 days. Let's hope that this fusion will last longer!

I am currently making a big map over the LBA Web Planet. I will ask for your locations over at the forum. Believe me, it will be cool! ^^

To make things easier for you site visitors you can easily see when the LWP (LBA Web Planet) section had its latest update and also when the Chaosfish part was latest updated in the bottom.

Still I need a site logo!!!

By the way, I need a site logo!!!

I am in enormous need of a site logo!!!

Please, anyone? Just try to make one! My e-mail is accesible from the menu.

Chaosfish' e-mail too, by the way.

Interview #2
Here it is, the second interview of the LBA Web Planet! It is Neko's first interview and the interviewed victim is me, Gustav. Read in the Features section! You will also see some new things about the map on the interview.

Also I made a form you can fill in if you are interested in the Leading Group. Read more to the right!

/Gustav 2002-08-16

As said, Gustav Lundblad (me) is member #2 to be interviewed, and he is by Neko. Go to the Features section! More interviews coming in the end of this month or in the beggining of the next!

Still, we need a logo on the site...

If you have lots of ideas of what can be done to help the forum to come even more alive and to help this site, join the Leading Group! Fill in the form in the Leading Group section!

Furthermore, you may notice that the Ultimate Directory isn't updated, I work on a better solution for it.

Neko: "I am back!"
This is a remarkable day in the LBA Web Planet history! The first interview of any MBN member is now presented, and Jesse is the first to go. Read the interview in the Features section!

Also I changed the interface of the text at the site to make it more easy-to-read.

By the way: No muscle pics this time! :D

/Gustav 2002-08-16

Yeah, now the interviews will start flowing in! Neko, the idea maker, is the first to go.

As you might have noticed, the interview has been placed in the newly opened Features section, in there they all will be in the future.

Noticed the text size? Well, I got some comments about the site saying that the text was too small and therefor too hard to read, so I changed the site to 8pt. Hope it works better now. Also I added some asswhopping (:p) effects to the links at the site.

Finally I added another picture from Jesse to the Ultimate Directory, and also I changed some Project information. 'Til next time, have fun and read the interview!

Interviews and Ninjas on the LWP!
Again another update on the LBA Web Planet and as you might have guessed there hasn't been any official opening yet. :(. It will come soon though, I promise.

But on the other hand this is a pretty good update, I've added lots of new files to the Ultimate Directory, for example some cool shots of Members pictured as Ninjas! :D Also I've added something that I call the Importance Box (reachable from the left frame), read more on the right.

Finally I would like to announce that large interviews with members will begin to popup here at the site in a near future. Look out!

Also note that a new section (Features) is here, and that two (Miscellaneous and Members' Creations) are deleted.
/Gustav 2002-08-15

Let's start with the coolest new feature at the site, The Importance Box. Well, this Community News Provider is first of all accessable from the bottom of the left frame. Click it and see what happens! My thought about it is that it shall be used as a thing that you activate every time you enter the site, to get news about updates and such.

I deleted two empty sections, the Members' Creations and the Miscellaneous one. I felt that I didn't need any Members' Creations section , since there is the pretty similar Projects section (which is by the way now updated, filled with Forum member projects). The Misc. section was closed because, to be honest, I had no future view on it, it was just a unplanned mistake to put it there, I think.

As you can see I tried to strenthen the blue feeling of the site by changing the colors of the scroll bars (except in the Ultimate Directory, since I felt it didn't really fit in there).

A new section was put up, Features. In here things such as the coming Interviews will be stored. My thought is that Features shall be the most active section of them all.

Jesse and Double-J looks as pretty safe bets as members of the Leading Group now.

The Members section was also updated, I added some new columns to make it better.

Finally, here are some Ninja Shots! :D (From left: wacko, Fireball2k and StarmanDX)

Improvements
There were some bugs at the site, which I of course corrected. Now the Ultimate Directory is fully working. Also, I added a new feature to the members section, which also got a new member. I also opened the Projects section. Even more improvements, read to the left.

The Leading Group is pretty outcristalled for me now. Three continents involved!

I opened the Projects section! Inthere all the LBA Projects by the MBN members will be linked and infoed.

The Members section is updated again. It will be very frequently updated in the near future, just drop by sometimes to look. If you are forgotten or can fill any of the questionmarks, tell me!

The Ultimate Directory is totally freed from bugs! Happy news! On request from a certain 'proud' member I removed the pics showing his reason to be proud^^. "I actually did it for a girl", is the official explanation coming from the Netherlands. :)

In the section called About the Site I added a version history containing information on all updates.

Don't forget that you can help by making a site logo!

Soon!!!
Yeah it is true!

New update with the all-new name is done. The site is now called the LBA Web Planet.

As you might understand from the headline the site will have its official opening soon. 1st august 2002 is my plan. That will accidently also occur with my 4-year-party. :). Further information to the left. /Gustav 2002-07-09

Updated again, the former MFMS is. Now with a new name - the LBA Web Planet. I have (as you can see to the left) planned to have the official opening at the 1st august 2002. Actually that is 4 years after the last time I opened a LBA site at the web - the opening of the LBA Super Site was the 1st august 1998. </nagging about LBA Super Site>

What will happen at the first then? Well, the Leading Group will be up running. I have lots of candidates although I do not know how to choose (!). 4 there will be. Click the Leading Group in the Menubar to read about it.

About the updates made today: I added a rake of new members to the Members section. Also I'm testing the Member profile thingy. Still just wacko is clickable. But there is a few comments about him made. I have also put on the first links at the site. (Favourites section) . I wrote down the names of the interested in the Leading Group section. Then I also made a BETA logotype (i'm no good at that, could someone please make one similar?) You can find the BETA I made by clicking "Make site logo" in the bottom side of the screen.

Hallå Kim!
Have a look at the right!

About the Working on the site: Going into turtle mode right now, I got lots of stuff to do at school and the Leading Group isnt elected yet, so we have to wait a few weeks for the 'real' opening of the site.
About the picture I inserted is it just for a LBA enemy. Have a nice evening! /Gustav 2002-04-14

New directory view possible!
On request from forum members I added all available files to a new directory called "The Ultimate Directory". With an old-fashioned directory layout, it is pretty easy to navigate among the pictures and other stuff made by members. Most members TRUE faces are visible! Accessable from the menubar! /Gustav 2002-03-24

Finally some members have shown their interest for the Leading Group. I will make some kind of election to take place in a short amount of time. But a problem has occured! I can't be on-line so very much in the nearest future, since I've only got 56k connection. The thing is that I've been so much online in the last weeks (after my return to the forum :p) that I fear a huge bill coming soon. So I must keep down my online time. But I'll try to work from the library in my town.

I didn't want to use the normal directory layout when I made the Ultimate Directory, so I made one myself. Pretty easy and clear, I think. Please tell me if you want the Ultimate Directory to pop-up in a new window, or being the way it is.

If you want to, I, or someone else, can make a version for 800x600, if there's a lot of guys sitting on a smaller type of screen.

Anyone who likes to, can help me by making a nice site logo fitting in to the bottom frame (the one on the very bottom with the text requesting a site logo in it).

First update ever!
So, now I've updated the MFMS for the first time, this time I've made wacko clickable and made all the subsections in Section 3 work. Happy Adventuring! I also changed the layout a bit... /Gustav 2002-03-22

We need to build the Leading Group now, I want everyone interested sign up as candidates by mailing me, pming me at the forum or simply write in a forum post! Read about what the group is at the subsection called Leading Group.

I would also appreciate if you give me any info you can get me, that I might need, as links, information about the members, info on current LBA-like projects, and info on the forum's history. And also everything else known-worthy!

And, I need a site logo!

WOOOHOOOOOO!!! A NEW SITE!!!
Yep, it is true, what I said for over a year ago on the forum, has finally come to reality. All thanks to the guy who brought new life into the MBN Forum... thread, that made me realize what I actually was working on in february-2001. /Gustav 2002-03-19

Then we've got the Wisdom Collection. My target is that a whole lot of wisdoms, told by you and others shall be in there. The idea is that a commity, called the Leading Group will take care of the wisdoms and select the ones who shall be into the Wisdom Collection. More about the Leading Group further down. It is the same with the Die-Hard List, the Leading Group will decide who shall be there. Click to find out what a Die-Hard is. The Projects are stuff like the Relentless movie, LBA-DM or the Compendium. Here info on them will be. Read more there.

It would be cool to have some kind of competitions here, so I put up a section called "competitions", tell me what you think at the Forum. I don't know what kind yet, but it could be like making a cool avatar or something. That is up to you to decide, and the Leading Group will make the final deciscions.

Miscellaneous is what it sounds like, miscellaneous information about LBA, the members and other stuff. Member's creations is stuff like the fanfics, music, programs or whatever that the members have created.

About the Site is what it sounds like...

So, now it is time for a description on what the Leading Group really is. Well my idea might be a bit complex, so click Leading Group on the left to find out...

The Month Summary is some kind of page updated every month with a few unnecessary stuff like "Member of the month", Quote of the month, stupidest thing said of the month, spam of the month, etc.
LBA Forums History is what it sounds like. Click and see more! Month's new members is a just a simple list on all new members of the last month. Favourites is just a name stolen from Microsoft, the links collection of the site! Your favourite sites!

Cool PIC: El! This section will be updated soon.(PHP) Oh, you don't know what LBA is? Poor you... Drop by at the LBA Super Site to find out, 'cause this site is for the involved.
